I usually start on the back, working the deep muscles along the spine, getting rid of knots and tension on the way.
Then I turn you over and work on the front of the legs, using long strokes and getting into those hard to reach areas. Then I do the arms and hands before working on the hard pec muscles and the abdomen.
I always ask if guys want thier feet or face done as some don't like being touched there but most are happy for me to work all over the body.
After I have done the deep work I tend to then just work on more relaxing strokes along the whole body, making sure you are feeling relaxed and experiences total relief from stress and strain.
I use sweet almond oil which is very relaxing and smooth. You can decide if you want to be massaged in your underwear or in the nude.
